Probably not a good idea.
Welcome to the Guest Experience series.
Every Sunday, campuses across the world are flooded by individuals the regulars will call guests.
These individuals come to a church to receive an experience… some come with feelings of guilt about not attending regularly, others need a miracle to take place in their lives, but all come with a moment specifically set apart for them as God had designed this day with them in mind.
As leaders it is our job to facilitate their encounter with God. Not in a manipulative, self-serving way, but one that anticipates what they need in order to experience what God has for them.
How do we break down the barriers and remove the walls that many guests have when they step foot on a church campus?
The answer to this question is found in this series of posts. Most of these ideas are too practical and that may leave you feeling like it’s too easy, but I assure you, if you’re missing some of these connections with your guests… they are most likely not coming back.
Over the course of this series I’ll share how my system for ministry has been shaped by practical Christianity.
Let’s discuss these ideas together and make sure that our guests are becoming life-long faith adventurers much like ourselves!
